HISTORY: Numerous bouts of mild to moderate abdominal pain (colic) over the three months preceeding the addition of Turval 6 to the diet. Extensive testing at a referral clinic gave no indication of the reason for these attacks.

RESULT: No occurance of colic in the four and one-half months since initiation of Turval 6 supplementation. The horse's physical appearance and condition is excellent. He is being shown successfully in dreassage competition. The owner is very pleased.

DOSSAGE: Turval 6 20 gr/day

USE: Broodmare (pregnant at this time)

HISTORY: Repeated attacks of abdominal pain (colic) over the six months prior to addition of Turval 6 to her diet. A three inch enterolith was found in her manure. It is suspected that more enteroliths are present in the bowel and may be partially or totally responsible for the attacks of colic.

RESULTS: No further attacks of colic since initiation of TURVAL 6 supplementation three and one-half months ago. The mare's physical condition and appearance is excellent. There have been no additional eneroliths found in her manure. Her pregnancy is progressing normally and her owner is pleased with her response.

HISTORY: Numerous attacks of mild abdominal pain (colic). Diminished appetite and energy following competition.

RESULTS: No further attacks of colic since initiating Turval 6 therapy. Initially, the owner was feeding Turval 6 three days before, during, and for three days after competition. The mare's appetite and energy levels were normal using this protocal. The owner is now feeding Turval 6 on a daily basis.

DOSSAGE: Turval 6 20 gr./day.
