"La Provincia di Cremona" Pet Health Initiative: Ermet Line Introduces Kluyveromyces B0399 for Digestive Health in Cats and Dogs

La Provincia di Cremona announced an initiative launched by the Cremona-based company Ermet of “Gruppo Ferraroni,” in collaboration with Cremona Fiere, Petfestival, and Farmazoo, to promote pet health. On Saturday, August 30, readers will receive a free dietary supplement from the ERMET line, “Ermet Flora,” available in two different forms and specifically designed to improve the intestinal well-being of cats and dogs.

The distinguishing feature of the ERMET line is the use of a particular yeast strain, Kluyveromyces marxianus fragilis B0399, produced by Turval Laboratories. This strain is widely recognized for its probiotic function in supporting both human and animal health, and it has been approved not only by the Italian Ministry of Health but also by international authorities in the USA, Canada, India, and Brazil.

Alberto Mazzolari, general manager of the Cremona-based company, explains that the goal is to help prevent intestinal discomfort and related illnesses in pets, since prevention is always better than cure. The supplement, Ermet Flora, is formulated to support digestion, reduce discomfort, and promote overall wellness in animals.

This initiative highlights the growing focus on pet health and nutrition, recognizing pets as true family members, while also emphasizing the strong scientific foundation of the supplement.

You can find the ERMET line in pet pharmacies (e.g., Farmazoo) across Piemonte, Lombardia, Emilia, and Lazio regions, as well as in the HHN ONLINE shop.
